Our Service to Customers Our Marketing Database The key to our buyers’ service and to finding you the right property is that we maintain a database containing comprehensive details of our properties, which we can match to your requirements. Every time we receive details of a new instruction we immediately compare it to your requirements and if there is a match we will send you preliminary details within one working day. If you have email then you could receive details within minutes of our receiving an instruction. It is therefore essential that you register with us. Communication The biggest complaint that people, whether vendors or buyers, make about estate agents is that they fail to communicate. Buyers complain that they don’t receive details of properties they may be interested in. Register with us and; We will send details of appropriate properties to you within one working day. We will send you summaries of all of our properties each week. We value your comments about any aspect of our service. We also value your feedback on properties you have viewed. Property Details We produce comprehensive colour brochures for all our properties, containing details and photographs of every room. These brochures also contain complete floor plans. This is an important offering, enabling you to remember properties more easily. Our Office We aim to provide the best-presented office in Didsbury. Our aim is to provide a stylish and welcoming gallery where you can relax on comfortable sofas and view properties at your leisure, either by reading the comprehensive brochures or by taking a virtual tour of a property on our computer, assisted by our experienced staff. We recognise that many of you want to drop in before or after work. Our offices are open therefore from 8.00 A.M. to 7.00 P.M. on weekdays, 9.00 A.M. to 6.00 P.M. on Saturday, and 11.30 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. on Sunday.
