Our Marketing Database
The key to our service and to marketing your property successfully is that we maintain a database containing comprehensive details of our properties, buyers and their requirements. Using state of the art PropertyPro software we can interrogate our database and identify potential buyers as soon as we receive your instructions.
To achieve this we aim to register all potential buyers, and to establish precisely their requirements. Not all agents do this important work.
Communication
The biggest complaint that people, whether vendors or buyers, make about estate agents is that they fail to communicate. Vendors complain that they don’t know what interest has been shown in their property, what people think of their property, or how their sale is proceeding. At Albion Green;

Sales Progression
Many home sales fail or are delayed because of problems with the chain. We will endeavour to assess the status of prospective buyers when they make an offer on your property and pass this information on to you. This will include their mortgage requirements
Property Details – Brochures and floor plans
We will produce a comprehensive colour brochure of your property, containing details and photographs of every room. The brochure will also contain a complete floor plan. This is an important offering, enabling viewers to remember your property more easily. We use the latest digital photography equipment so we can guarantee that your property details, whether they be in a brochure, newspaper advertisement, or on a web site will never be missing a photograph. We promise to produce preliminary property details for you within one working day.
Our Agency Board
Our board is produced using the latest 4 colour photo-realistic processes, resulting in a stunning and memorable design. One day all our competitors will use this process but for now you can be sure that your property will stand out from the crowd.
Our Office
We will provide the best-presented office in Didsbury. Our aim is to provide a stylish and welcoming gallery to present what is perhaps your most valuable asset, your home, to potential buyers. Here buyers can relax on comfortable sofas and view properties at their leisure, either by reading the comprehensive brochures or by taking a virtual tour of your property on our computer, assisted by our experienced staff.
We recognise that many buyers want to drop in before or after work. Our offices are open therefore from 8.00 A.M. to 7.00 P.M. on weekdays, 9.00 A.M. to 6.00 P.M. on Saturday, and 11.30 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. on Sunday. These hours are considerably longer than other agents in the area.
Our Web Site
Our web site is updated daily so your property details will be displayed there within one working day. Many agents web sites contain only a thumbnail photograph and brief details for each property. Our web site contains full details for every property, including floor plans.

Should you require our help in finding your new home, we will identify and contact all estate agents in the areas of your choice and arrange for them to send you details of properties matching your requirements.
